We require all property owners to have a PointCentral lock system (unless restricted by your HOA). If you already have a PointCentral lock, great news! There’s no additional lock fee, as long as the device is in good working condition and can be transferred to Sun Palace Vacations. However, PointCentral does charge a monthly monitoring fee. We’ll handle that on your behalf and include it in your monthly owner statement, so everything stays simple and seamless. For us, it’s essential that you feel informed and confident in your investment at every step.
